Over the past 3 months I have worked with Helen intensively to overcome a horrible gut condition after living abroad. I came to her in all sorts of dysfunction. I first came to Helen seeking help for ongoing, debilitating stomach distress. I was hoping for treatments to provide relief, but also coaching on how best to approach improving my health. Through regular sessions, my digestive health, and also my overall health and well being have improved dramatically. I had the lucky fortune of finding Helen about 4 years ago. I look back at that time and the best word I can think of to describe myself back then was ‘broken’. I have lived a lifetime battling digestive problems and constipation, depression, anxiety and grief. I had been helped very little by traditional western medicine and was looking for a different kind of treatment, one that would treat the whole individual, not just mask symptoms. Nutrition Program

Besides growing in appreciation for our amazing digestive systems, I re-gained respect for for simple, unprocessed food. I have a strong connection to nature, I love to garden, and your instruction resonated very deeply. I have closely followed the program since May with ongoing new awareness of the vitality of raw materials and growing conditions. Thank you for bringing us this knowledge.

I struggled with the program at the beginning On about day 18 or 19 everything shifted. I had this mental energy that has continued since and it has been amazing. I have felt creative, motivated and energized around all sorts of things. I have not felt this way in a VERY long time. I have been sleeping through the night, including during the latter part of my menstrual cycle, which is not normal for me at all! I am so excited about all of this!

By the end of the program, I felt a significant improvement in my energy levels. My frequent headaches have decreased a lot, pretty much gone actually. PMS is now minor not debilitating, and my mood is positive. I am motivated to keep this up! What has surprised me the most is that I am still following the majority of what you taught six months later; it just makes so much sense. I have gone from confused about what I should or shouldn't eat to enlightened.

It was fun to be a part of a group of people dedicated to changing their habits. Helen carefully guided each of us in our process and helped us through our obstacles.
